Marley is home ! We spent the morning watching the girls so Jen could host a Tupperware party, so we decided to wait it out at the Sandwich Library. Packed up all 5 kids (Emily had the day off) and off we went. Emily worked on her GED stuff while I took the other 4 down stairs to the discovery center. Danny is always thrilled to see Ms. Betsy, she's happy, lots of fun, and Dan is just completely drawn to her, she gets a big hug every time. Jen met us there at 11:45 or so, chatted for a few minutes then left to get Marley. Dan, Em and I stopped at McDonald's on our way off Cape and made pretty good time getting to Atkinson. Marley was just as happy to see us as we were to see her, we stayed and talked to Nettie and Gram for a half hour or so, then packed everybody into the van and headed home, through Boston the night of the first Celtics final game against the Lakers, and a Red Sox game...needless to say we sat in Boston traffic for a while, thank goodness for the HOV lane ! We got home just in time to get Marley situated then headed back out to Seafood Sam's for a celebratory welcome home Marley dinner. Marley is due somewhere between July 27th and August 1st assuming the inseminations took. We certainly hope so!
